Vince is the driving force behind MFS. Highly qualified with BEng(Hons) Engineering, MSC Project Management and IOSH / NEBOSH – and bringing with him over 35 years of experience across the engineering and construction sectors. His vision for the company was shaped by decades of hands-on expertise, and a deep understanding of industry demands. A highly accomplished engineer, business leader, and project manager, Vince has successfully delivered major projects spanning water and wastewater treatment, energy-from-waste, biomass, petrochemical, and oil & gas. His ability to lead complex programmes with precision and integrity is widely recognised. At the heart of MFS is Vince’s unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations. His passion inspires our team and defines the standard of excellence we strive to uphold in every project.

Tim is one of our original members of the team, here since the inception of MFS. Tim has an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and over 30 years of industry experience. He leads our Sales and Estimating team, overseeing the creation of accurate quotations and cost estimates for our clients. Tim has excellent technical knowledge of metal fabrication, is able to analyse technical drawings, has great problem solving and project management skills and liaises with our clients. He is a key man in driving the growth of our business.

Faith has years of experience in HSEQ in the Renewable, Oil and Gas, and construction sectors. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Total Quality management and Org Excellence, internal audit trained and IOSHH (managing safely) trained. Originally from a CNC machining / programming background – experienced in process & systems development, problem solving disciplines, HSQE planning, auditing, and compliance. Faith’s mantra is “Fast is fine but accuracy is everything!”

Rachel is our Head of Production, overseeing all aspects of the production process here at MFS. With a strong history in production, Rachel has excellent technical knowledge and strong leadership skills helping us to ensure that we deliver on time and maintain our high standards.

Christine is an estimator with a background in architecture and construction project management. She has MSc Construction Project Management with BIM and BSc in Architecture, along with over 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. She is skilled in interpreting technical drawings, producing accurate estimates and project co-ordination.

Donna is our Senior Buyer at MFS, with a strong track record in procurement within the industry. With extensive experience and deep market knowledge, Donna plays a key role in securing the right products and partnerships to support both the business and its customers.

Highly skilled in negotiation and budget control, Donna consistently delivers value while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Her commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail ensures positive outcomes across every stage of the buying process. Donna’s expertise and proactive approach make a genuine difference to MFS and to our customers.

Yash brings strong technical expertise and a precision-focused mindset to the team, helping turn customer designs into practical, manufacturable solutions. With experience in high-precision cladding and rainscreen fabrication environments, he specialises in design for manufacture, 3D CAD design, sheet metal development, and CAM programming.

Holding an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Yash combines technical knowledge with a keen eye for detail – ensuring that designs move smoothly from concept through to production.
