Based in our modern manufacturing facility in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, Modern Facade Solutions (MFS) delivers an end-to-end manufacturing service to businesses across the UK. From initial concept, through to fabrication and final delivery, we provide a service built around quality, efficiency, and accountability.
Founded in 2024 by Vincent Lee, MFS was established with a clear ambition: to raise the standard of fabrication and deliver engineering solutions that clients can depend on, every time.
With more than 35 years of experience spanning construction, energy, and heavy industry, Vince has built MFS on a foundation of precision, reliability, and continuous improvement.
